Infrastructure Engineering

A high-velocity, 12-week immersive experience. We don't just teach tools; we build architects.

12 Weeks · Advanced · ₦1,200,000 · Invite-Only

Invites are extended to engineers who’ve completed a Teleios Foundation path, as well as intermediate-level engineers who are ready to take on production systems.

What You'll Learn

  1. 1

    Kubernetes Orchestration at Scale

Run multi-service, multi-cluster workloads the way large engineering teams actually do it.

  2. 2

    ArgoCD & Automated Deliveries

Ship changes through GitOps pipelines with confidence and rollback built in.

  3. 3

    Terraform Infrastructure as Code

Design and manage infrastructure that's reviewable, repeatable, and version-controlled.

  4. 4

    Full-Stack Observability (Prometheus)

Instrument systems so you know what's actually happening before a page goes off.

  5. 5

    Cloud Governance & FinOps

Manage cost, access, and compliance at a scale where mistakes get expensive fast.

  6. 6

    SRE & Incident Response

Practice the on-call reality: triage, root-cause, and post-incident review under real time pressure.

Who This Is For

Engineers who’ve completed a Teleios Foundation path, experienced engineers referred by a mentor, and intermediate-level engineers who are ready to build and operate production-scale systems—not just toy projects.

What's Included

1:1 senior mentorship · Production-grade infrastructure access · Live incident-response simulations · Career placement support

Where This Leads

Mid-to-senior DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply for the Advanced Cohort?

The Advanced Cohort is open to engineers who have completed a Teleios Foundation path, as well as intermediate-level engineers who are ready to build and operate production-scale systems. We are looking for engineers who have moved beyond toy projects and are ready to work on real-world engineering challenges.

Do I need to complete a Teleios Foundation path first?

No. Completing a Teleios Foundation path is one way to qualify, but it is not required. Intermediate-level engineers can apply directly if they can demonstrate the experience and readiness needed to operate production-scale systems.

What happens after I apply?

Applications are reviewed based on your engineering experience, current skill level, and readiness for production-scale work. Selected engineers will receive an invitation to join the Advanced Cohort.

What level of experience is expected?

The Advanced Cohort is designed for intermediate-level and experienced engineers. You should be comfortable working with real codebases, solving non-trivial engineering problems, and taking responsibility for systems beyond simple or tutorial projects.

What makes the Advanced Cohort different from Foundation?

Foundation focuses on building strong engineering fundamentals and developing the skills needed to grow as an engineer. The Advanced Cohort goes further, focusing on production-scale systems, real-world constraints, and the engineering practices required to operate systems in production.

Is the Advanced Cohort invite-only?

Yes. The cohort is selective, but intermediate-level engineers can apply directly for consideration. Engineers who have completed a Teleios Foundation path may also be considered based on their performance and readiness for the Advanced Cohort.
