Depending on how you interact with Teleios, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and role.
  • Program applications, partnership enquiries, and messages you send us.
  • Basic technical and usage information, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics.

Please do not include passwords, financial information, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in a message.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, administer program applications, coordinate mentors and partners, operate and improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We process this information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering an arrangement with us, or where we have a legitimate operational or legal reason to do so.

Service providers and transfers

Website enquiries are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to authorised Teleios email accounts. Website traffic may be measured with Google Analytics. These providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards that protect transferred information. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and application information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the relevant program or relationship, maintain appropriate operational records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
